How do I approve a Pro-Goal?
Walk through the approval flow at the end of a Pro-Goal evaluation period.
Purpose
When a Pro-Goal evaluation period ends, the manager reviews, applies any disqualifiers + penalties, and approves the payouts. This article walks through that flow.
When To Use This
Use this when:
- A Pro-Goal evaluation period closes
- You're the assigned manager for the Pro-Goal
- You need to verify achievement before paying

- Open the Pro-Goal detail page
- Review achievement
- Resolve disqualifiers + penalties
- Set the approval date
- Click Approve
Step-by-Step
Open the Pro-Goal that's ready for review.
Review achievement
Look at:
- Goal progress chart
- People earning table — who hit which tier
- Excluded bonuses (anyone disqualified)
Resolve disqualifiers + penalties
Open any pending disqualifiers. Mark passed or failed.
Apply any penalties owed.
Set the approval date
Pick when this goal officially closes. Most use the period end date.
Approve
Click Approve. Bonus line items generate for everyone who earned a tier.
What Happens After Approval
- Tiered rewards calculate per worker
- Line items appear on each worker's statement
- Workers see their reward in the mobile app
Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them
"Some workers I expected to earn aren't on the list" Check participants config — they may not have been in the participant set. Or check disqualifiers — they may have a failed one.
"I approved early and someone caught up later" Reverse the approval, wait, re-approve when ready.
