Can I track hourly wage changes between Aspire and Protiv?

Right now, hourly wage changes made in Aspire do not sync automatically to Protiv.

If you update a worker’s pay rate in Aspire, you’ll still need to manually update it in Protiv to keep things aligned.

But good news—that’s changing soon.

Protiv is building support for wage sync between Aspire and Protiv.
Once it goes live, here’s what you’ll be able to do:

• Update a worker’s hourly rate in Aspire
• Protiv will automatically pull in the new wage during the next sync
• Your bonus calculations will always reflect the most up-to-date pay rate
  
  

This helps avoid:

• Outdated wage data
• Bonus miscalculations
• Back-and-forth admin work
  
  

How it will work

• Wage updates will sync in the background, along with other Aspire data
• No manual updates needed once the sync is live
• You’ll still be able to edit wages directly in Protiv if needed—but Aspire will become the source of truth
  
  

We’ll update this article (and notify you in-app) as soon as the feature is available.

Until then…

If you change a worker’s wage in Aspire, don’t forget to also update it in Protiv:

1. Go to Team in Protiv
2. Find the worker
3. Click Edit
   
4. Update the Hourly Wage and Burden Rate if needed
5. Click Save
   
   

This keeps your ProPay bonuses accurate.
