How do I accept a Protiv invitation?

Accept your Protiv invitation in the app to join your company’s workspace and start seeing jobs and bonuses.

Purpose

This article explains how to accept a Protiv invitation after your company adds you. Accepting the invite links your account to the correct company so you can start working.

When To Use This

  • Your company told you they added you to Protiv.
  • You just created a Protiv account and need access.
  • You’re stuck on a waiting screen after logging in.

Before You Start

  • Your company admin must invite you first.
  • You must use the same email your company used for the invitation.
  • The Protiv app must be installed on your phone.

Quick Path 

  1. Log into the Protiv app.

  2. Accept the invitation when it appears.

  3. Finish setup and land on your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Open the Protiv appOpen the Protiv app on your phone.

  • If you already have an account, log in with your email and password.
  • If you don’t have an account yet, download the app and sign up using your work email.

Step 2 — Check the invitation screen

After logging in, Protiv automatically checks for invitations.

You’ll see one of two screens.

Step 2A — “You’ve been invited!”

This means your company has added you.

You’ll see:

  • Company name
  • A confirmation message

Tap Accept to join the company workspace.

Step 2B — “Waiting for a company to add you…”

This means your account exists, but your company hasn’t invited you yet.

What to do:

  • Contact your supervisor or admin and let them know you’re waiting.
  • Check back later. The app refreshes regularly.
  • You can log out and log back in at any time.

Step 3 — Finish setup after accepting

Once you accept the invitation:

  • Your account links to your company.
  • Your jobs, ProPays, and settings load automatically.
  • You may be prompted to set up biometrics (optional).

After that, you’ll land on your dashboard and can start working.

Examples

  • You log in and see “You’ve been invited!” → tap Accept and continue.
  • You see “Waiting for a company to add you…” → your admin still needs to invite you.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • No invitation showing: Refresh or restart the app.
  • Wrong email used: Log out and sign up with the email your company used.
  • Invitation declined by accident: Ask your admin to resend it.
  • Looking for an email invite: Invitations only appear inside the app.
