How do I change my password in the Protiv Worker App?

Purpose

This article explains how Workers can reset their Protiv password from the mobile app. Password changes can only be done from the login screen using the “Forgot Password?” option.

• You forgot your Protiv password.
• You’re locked out and need to get back into the app.
• You want to update your password for security.

Before You Start

• You must be logged out to reset your password.
• You need access to the email tied to your Protiv account.
• Reset links expire quickly, so check your inbox right away.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Open the login screenIf you're logged out, you’ll see fields for your email and password.

Step 2 — Tap “Forgot Password?”This link appears directly below the password field.

Step 3 — Enter your email

Use the email that’s connected to your Protiv account.

Step 4 — Check your inbox

You’ll receive a password reset email with a secure link.
If you don’t see it within a minute, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5 — Open the reset link

Tap the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Step 6 — Log back in

Return to the Protiv app and sign in using your new password.

Limitations

• You can only reset your password from the login screen.
• There is no option inside the app to change your password while logged in.
