How do I create my Protiv account?

Download the Protiv app, sign up with your work email, and wait for your company to add you to their workspace.

Purpose

This article walks you through creating your Protiv account step by step. Your account lets your company connect you to the right workspace so you can see jobs, ProPays, and bonuses.

When To Use This

  • You’re new to Protiv and need to create an account.
  • Your company told you to download the app and sign up.
  • You want to get set up before your first day using Protiv.

Before You Start

  • You need a smartphone with access to the App Store or Google Play.
  • You must know the work email your company will use to invite you.

  1. Download the Protiv app.
  2. Sign up using your work email.
  3. Wait for your company to add you.
  4. Accept the invitation and start working.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Download the Protiv app

Download the Protiv worker app from your device’s app store.

  • Search for Protiv 2.0.
  • Install the app on your phone.

Step 2 — Open the app and choose your language

  • Open the app and select English or Spanish on the welcome screen.
  • You can change this later in Profile → Settings → Language.

Step 3 — Sign up for a new account

  • On the welcome screen, tap Sign Up.
  • Enter: Your work email, A password you’ll use to log in
    Then tap Create Account.

Step 4 — Wait for your company to add you

After signing up, Protiv checks whether your company has connected you.

You may see:
“Waiting for a company to add you…”

This means your account exists, but your company hasn’t added you yet.

What to do:

  • Let your supervisor or admin know you’ve signed up.
  • Check back later. The app refreshes often.
  • You can log out and log back in anytime.

Step 5 — Accept your invitation

  • Once your company adds you, you’ll see: “You’ve been invited!”
  • Tap Accept to join your company’s Protiv workspace.

Step 6 — Set up biometric login (optional)

  • You may be prompted to enable Face ID or fingerprint login.
  • This is optional and can be set up later in Settings.

Step 7 — Start using Protiv

After accepting the invitation:

  • Your dashboard loads.
  • Your jobs, ProPays, and bonuses become visible.
  • You’re ready to work.

Examples

  • You sign up today but see “Waiting for a company to add you…” → your admin still needs to invite you.
  • You accept the invite and immediately see your dashboard → setup is complete.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • Wrong email used: Log out and sign up again with the email your company has on file.
  • Invitation not showing: Refresh or restart the app.
  • Account created but no access: Your company admin still needs to add you.
