Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Check status in your ProPay list

From your ProPays list view, each ProPay card shows a status badge.
This gives you a quick summary of where your bonus stands.

Step 2 — Open the ProPay Details page

Tap any ProPay to see:

• Bonus amounts
• Status indicator
• Notes about approval or payment
• Progress and completion details

This is the best place to confirm your current bonus amount.

Step 3 — View your dashboard summary

Your dashboard also shows a quick breakdown of:

• Active ProPays
• Approved ProPays
• Paid ProPays

Use this to see how many bonuses are moving through the process.

What each status badge means

Approved

• Orange badge labeled Approved
• Manager has reviewed and approved your work
• The bonus amount shown is confirmed
• If payment hasn’t been processed, you’ll see “Not yet paid”

Active

• Blue badge labeled Active or In Progress
• Work is still ongoing or waiting for review
• Bonus amounts are estimates
• Status changes automatically once your work is completed

Paid

• Green badge labeled Paid
• Bonus is fully paid out
• Appears in your paid bonuses history

How to read your bonus information

If your ProPay is Approved

You’ll see:

• Approved Bonus — final amount
• Clear styling for positive earnings
• “Not yet paid” if payment hasn’t been issued
• No more changes to the bonus amount

If your ProPay is Active

You’ll see:

• Potential Bonus — estimated amount
• “Not yet approved”
• Your progress toward completion
• Information may change until work is finished

Approval flow (behind the scenes)

Protiv follows a simple status path:

1. Active — Work in progress
2. Completed — Job finished, waiting for review
3. Approved — Manager has confirmed the bonus
4. Paid — Bonus has been issued

Once a ProPay is Approved:

• Your work was reviewed
• Your bonus amount is final
• It will move to Paid after processing

• A worker checks a ProPay labeled Approved to confirm the bonus amount is final.
• A crew member sees Active and knows the job is still in review.
• A worker opens the Paid section to confirm last week’s bonus was issued.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

• Approved but not Paid
  Approval is complete, but payment still needs to be processed.
• Still showing Active
  The job might not be finished or reviewed. If it’s been a while, ask your manager.
• You expect to approve your own ProPay
  Only managers or admins handle approvals.
