How do I know when a new ProPay is created?
The app doesn’t send notifications, so refresh your screens to see new ProPays as they appear.

This article explains how to spot new ProPays in the Protiv Worker App. The app does not send alerts for newly created ProPays, so you’ll need to refresh your workspace or check your ProPay list regularly.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Refresh your Work tabs
This is the fastest way to load new ProPays:- Pull down to refresh on the Work screen.
- Close and reopen the app to reload everything.
- Switch between Groups and ProPays tabs to force a fresh sync.
Step 2 — Look for new ProPay cards
After refreshing, new ProPays will appear in your list automatically.You may see:
- A newly added ProPay card
- A status badge such as Active or Pending
- A different count of ProPays than earlier in the day
Step 3 — Review your dashboard
Your dashboard might show updated indicators such as:
- New activity counts
- Updated job summaries
- Recent work that wasn’t visible before
If something looks new, open your ProPay list to see the details.
