How do I log out of the Protiv worker app?

Purpose
This article shows workers how to log out of the Protiv app from the Profile → Settings menu. Logging out clears your session and keeps your account secure, especially when sharing a device.
When To Use This
- You share a phone or tablet with other workers
- You need to switch accounts
- The app asked you to sign in again and you want to understand why
Before You Start
- Make sure you’re currently signed in
- Know your email and password in case you need to log back in
- If you use biometrics, be prepared to enter your password after logging out

- Open Profile.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Sign Out.
- You’ll return to the welcome screen.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Open your Profile
- Make sure you're logged in.
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2 — Go to Settings
- On your Profile page, tap the Settings gear icon.
- This opens your account options.
Step 3 — Tap “Sign Out”
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Tap the red Sign Out button.
- The app will immediately end your session.
Step 4 — You’re logged out
You’ll be taken back to the welcome screen. Your session is cleared and stored credentials are removed for security.
