How do I remove a worker from a Group ProPay?
Remove a worker from group bonuses or from specific ProPays without deleting their history.
Purpose
This article shows you how to remove a worker from a Group ProPay the right way.
You can remove them from group bonus calculations only, or fully remove them from specific ProPays.
When To Use This
Use this when:
- A worker should no longer earn bonuses in a ProPay Group
- A worker worked time by mistake and needs to be removed from a specific ProPay
- A worker changed teams mid-job and should not be included going forward
- You need to fix bonus or time tracking before approval
Before You Start
Before you begin, make sure:
- You have access to ProPay Groups
- The ProPay Group already exists
- You know whether you want to remove the worker from bonuses only or from the entire ProPay

Step-by-Step Instructions
Option 1 — Remove a worker from Group ProPay bonuses only.
This removes the worker from bonus calculations for the entire group.They will still appear in time tracking.
- Go to ProPay Groups
- Open the ProPay Group you want to manage
- Scroll to Team Bonuses and Deductions
- Find the worker and click the minus icon in the Actions column
- Confirm the removal
Note: This only affects group bonuses. Time entries stay visible.
Option 2 — Remove a worker from a specific ProPay in the group
This removes the worker from time tracking and earnings for that ProPay only.
- Go to ProPay Groups
- Open the ProPay Group
- Open the specific ProPay inside the group
- Scroll to Time Entries
- Find the worker and click the red minus icon
- Confirm when prompted
Note: This only applies to that one ProPay, not the entire group.
Option 3 — Manage excluded workers in bulk for group bonuses
This helps when managing large teams.

Use Include All or individual plus icons to add workers back
