How do I restore a deleted ProPay?
Restore a deleted ProPay back to active so it can be reviewed, edited, and approved again.
Purpose
This article shows you how to restore a ProPay that was deleted by mistake.
Restoring a ProPay brings it back to an active state so bonuses can be reviewed and approved.
When To Use This
Use this when you:

Accidentally deleted a ProPay

Need to bring a ProPay back for review or correction

Want to re-approve a ProPay that was deleted before payout

Can still see the ProPay listed as deleted
Before You Start
Before restoring a ProPay, make sure:

The ProPay is currently in a Deleted status
-
The ProPay has not been paid out
-
The ProPay is not part of an approved ProPay Group
-
You have permission to manage ProPays
If any bonuses were already paid, the ProPay cannot be restored.
Quick Path

Filter ProPays by Deleted status

Open the Actions menu on the ProPay

Click Activate

Confirm to restore it to Active
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the ProPays list
Go to the ProPays page.
Use the Status filter and select Deleted.
This shows only ProPays that can potentially be restored.
Step 2: Find the deleted ProPay
Locate the ProPay you want to restore in the list.
Confirm it is marked as Deleted.
Step 3: Activate the ProPay
On the deleted ProPay, open the Actions menu.
Click Activate.
This option only appears for deleted ProPays.
Step 4: Confirm restoration
Confirm the action in the prompt.
The ProPay status changes back to Active immediately.
Once restored, the ProPay behaves like a normal active ProPay.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

I don’t see the Activate option
Fix: Make sure the ProPay status is Deleted and not already Active or Paid. -
The ProPay won’t restore
Fix: Check whether any bonuses were paid or if it belongs to an approved group. -
I filtered but don’t see the ProPay
Fix: Confirm the Status filter is set to Deleted. -
Expecting restored ProPay to be approved automatically
Fix: Restored ProPays return to Active and must be reviewed and approved again.
