How do I see my payment history in the Protiv worker app?

This article shows workers how to find and read their payment history in the Protiv app. You’ll learn where to see paid bonuses, open statements, and understand the breakdown of your earnings and deductions.

When To Use This

  • You want to see past bonus payouts
  • You need details for a specific pay period
  • You’re checking whether a bonus was paid yet
  • You want to understand deductions or net amounts

Before You Start

  • Make sure you’re logged into the Protiv worker app
  • Confirm your company has processed and paid out bonuses
  • Know that only completed payouts appear under Paid Bonuses

Quick Path (TL;DR)

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Find Bonus Earnings Summary.
  3. Tap Paid Bonuses.
  4. Open a statement to see payout details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Open your Profile

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. This opens your personal overview and earnings summary.

Step 2 — Find the Bonus Earnings Summary

On your Profile page, look for the Bonus Earnings Summary card. It shows three sections:

  • Items On Hold — bonuses waiting for release
  • In Process Bonuses — statements being processed
  • Paid Bonuses — your completed payouts

Step 3 — Tap “Paid Bonuses”

  1. Tap Paid Bonuses to open your list of fully paid bonus statements.
  2. This page shows every payout that has finished processing.

Step 4 — Open any statement for details

Each statement has a unique ID (format: ST-XXXXXX).
Tap one to view:

  • Statement period
  • Total bonuses earned
  • Any deductions
  • Net payout amount
  • Line-by-line bonus and deduction details

Examples

Correct: Checking Paid Bonuses to confirm a payout for last week.
Incorrect: Expecting a bonus still in review to appear under Paid Bonuses.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • “I don’t see my recent bonus.”
    It may still be in In Process Bonuses or hasn’t been approved or paid yet.
  • “Why is my bonus amount different?”
    Open the statement and review the deduction and line-item breakdown.
  • “I refreshed but nothing changed.”
    Swipe down on the screen to trigger pull-to-refresh for the latest data.
  • “Can I download statements?”
    The app doesn’t support downloads. You can take a screenshot if needed.
