How do I see my performance metrics in the Protiv worker app?

Purpose

This article shows workers how to find and understand their performance metrics in the Protiv app. You can see your efficiency score, hours worked, bonus earnings, billable production, and other stats based on your actual work.

When To Use This

• You want to check your efficiency or productivity
• You want to understand how bonuses relate to your performance
• You’re tracking your hours, milestones, or job completion
• You want to see how you stack up compared to your team

Before You Start

• Make sure you’re logged into the Protiv worker app
• Complete at least one job or milestone so stats can populate

Know that all stats shown are personal—you won’t see anyone else’s data

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Open your Profile

1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

2. This opens your personal overview.

Step 2 — Go to Stats

1. In your Profile, tap Stats.

2. This section shows your performance categories.

Step 3 — Tap “View personal stats”

This opens your detailed performance dashboard, including bonus earnings, time worked, efficiency, and production metrics.

Step 4 — Review your performance metrics

Your dashboard includes four major sections:

Bonus Earnings

• Bonuses Earned — Total bonus dollars earned so far
• Bonus Wage — Your effective hourly wage including bonuses
• Wage Growth — How your hourly rate trends over time

Time Worked

• Total Hours Worked — Total time logged
• Total Days Worked — Number of days you worked
• On-Job Hours — Hours spent actively working on jobs
• On-Job Days — Days you were on-site working
• Number of Jobs Completed — Total jobs you finished
• Number of Milestones Completed — Total milestones you hit

Performance Metrics

• Efficiency Score — Your productivity percentage, shown with charts and trends
• Top Percentile — Your ranking compared to your team’s performance

Production Metrics

• Produced Hours — Billable hours generated from your work
• Jobs Under Budget — Percentage of jobs completed under budget
• Jobs Done — Completed vs. assigned jobs
• Billable Time % — Share of your time that was billable
• Hours Under Budget — Time saved by finishing early
• Number of Services — All services you performed
• Milestones Done — Completed vs. assigned milestones
• Milestones Under Budget — Percentage completed under budget

Examples

Correct: Checking your efficiency score to understand how bonuses were earned this week.
Incorrect: Expecting to see team members’ stats, each worker only sees their own.
