How do I switch between company accounts in the Protiv worker app?

Learn how to switch organizations without logging out so you can work under the right company.

Purpose

This article shows workers how to switch between company accounts inside the Protiv app. If you work for more than one organization, you can change companies without logging out and the app will reload your jobs, bonuses, and stats for the selected company.

When To Use This

  • You work for more than one company
  • You need to view jobs or bonuses for a different organization
  • You want to confirm which company you’re currently working under
  • You don’t see the right jobs or stats and need to switch context

Before You Start

  • Make sure you’re logged into the Protiv app
  • You must belong to more than one organization for the switcher to appear
  • Ask your company admin if you should have access to multiple accounts

Quick Path 

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Current Organization.
  3. Choose another company.
  4. Let the app reload your data.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Open your Profile

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2 — Find “Current Organization”

  1. Scroll down your Profile screen.
  2. If you belong to multiple companies, you’ll see a Current Organization card.
  3. It shows the name of the company you're currently working under.

Step 3 — Open the organization switcher

  1. Tap the Current Organization card.
  2. A modal appears showing all organizations tied to your account.

Step 4 — Pick another company

  1. Your current organization is marked with a green checkmark.
  2. Tap any other company to switch.

Step 5 — Let the app reload

  1. A loading indicator appears while the app clears cached data.
  2. Your information refreshes for the company you selected.
  3. After the reload, you’ll return to your Profile under the new company.

What Happens When You Switch

  • Data refresh — Jobs, ProPays, payouts, and stats update for that company
  • Same login — Your email and password don’t change
  • App-wide update — All screens now show data for the selected organization

Examples

Correct: Switching companies before starting a job for a different organization.
Incorrect: Expecting the switcher to appear when you only belong to one company.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • “I don’t see the option to switch companies.”
    You only see the switcher if your account is tied to more than one organization.
  • “I switched but still see the wrong jobs.”
    Pull-to-refresh or close and reopen the app so data reloads fully.
  • “My earnings or stats look different.”
    Each company has its own data. The app is showing information for the company you selected.
  • “I should have access to another company but don’t.”
    Ask your company admin to add you to that organization.
