How do I track pending payments in the Protiv worker app?

Purpose

This article shows workers how to track bonuses that haven’t been approved or paid yet. You’ll learn where to find pending bonus line items, deductions, and full statements still waiting for payout.

When To Use This

• You want to check whether a bonus has been approved
• You’re waiting for a statement to be paid
• You want to understand what’s on hold or still processing
• You need a clear view of bonus activity before payday

Before You Start

• Make sure you’re logged into the Protiv worker app
• Pending items appear only after your company begins processing bonuses
• Know that paid items only appear under Paid Bonuses

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Start from your Profile

1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

2. At the top, you’ll see the Bonus Earnings Summary card with:
   • Items On Hold — individual bonuses or deductions pending approval
   • In Process Bonuses — full statements waiting to be paid
   • Paid Bonuses — completed payouts

This gives you a quick overview of what’s pending.

Step 2 — Check Items On Hold (individual pending bonuses)

This section shows every bonus or deduction waiting for approval.

How to access:

• Profile → Items On Hold

What you’ll see:

• A list of all pending bonus and deduction line items
• Filters: All, Bonuses, Deductions
• Amounts and reasons for each item
• Pull-to-refresh for the latest data

This is your most detailed view of pending bonus activity.

Step 3 — Check In Process Bonuses (statements waiting to be paid)

These are full bonus statements that have been created but not yet paid.

How to access:

• Profile → In Process Bonuses

What you’ll see:

• Statement IDs (example: ST-XXXXXX)
• Statement period
• Net payout amount
• Search by statement code
• Tap a statement to see the full breakdown

These statements are complete but still waiting for payment.

Step 4 — Understand payment status categories

Protiv groups your bonus activity into three states:

• On Hold — Individual bonuses or deductions pending approval
• Open / In Process — Full bonus statements waiting to be paid
• Paid — Completed statements found under Paid Bonuses

Examples

Correct: Checking Items On Hold to understand why a bonus hasn’t been paid yet.
Incorrect: Looking for pending items inside Paid Bonuses.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

• “Why is my bonus still on hold?”
  It may be waiting for review or approval from your company.
• “What’s the difference between On Hold and In Process?”
  On Hold = single line items.
  In Process = full statements.
• “I don’t see a recent bonus.”
  It may still be on hold, in process, or not yet added to a statement.
• “Paid bonuses are showing in the wrong place.”
  Paid items always appear under Paid Bonuses, not in the pending sections.
