How do I update my personal information in the Protiv worker app?

Before You Start

  • Make sure you’re logged into the Protiv worker app
  • Know that core account details (name, role, email, phone number) cannot be edited in the mobile app
  • Contact your company admin if you need to update locked fields

  2. Edit your photo, language, biometric login, or login preferences.
  3. Contact your admin for name, role, email, or phone number changes.

Step-by-Step Instructions

What You Can Update

1. Update your profile photo

  1. Open the Profile tab (person icon).
  2. Tap your photo or avatar.
  3. Choose Take Photo or Select From Gallery.
  4. Adjust your image if needed.
  5. Tap Save.

2. Change your language

  1. Go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Tap Language.
  3. Select English or Spanish.
  4. The app updates instantly.

3. Manage biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint)

  1. Go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Toggle Biometric Authentication on or off.
  3. Follow your device prompts if enabling.

4. Manage “Remember Login”

  1. Go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Toggle Remember Login to control whether the app stores your login securely.
  3. This setting applies only to the device you’re using.

What You Cannot Update

These fields cannot be edited from the worker app:

  • Your name
  • Your role
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

These details are controlled by your company to keep payroll, reporting, and job records accurate.

If you need something changed, contact your company admin.
