This article explains how to use the Protiv Help Center to find answers, learn features, and troubleshoot issues on your own.
When To Use This
- You have a question about using Protiv.
- Something isn’t working and you want a quick answer.
- You want step-by-step instructions without waiting for support.
Before You Start
- You need an internet connection.
- You do not need a Protiv account to view worker articles.

- Use the search bar to find answers fast.
- Browse categories if you’re not sure what to search.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Open the Protiv Help Center
Open your browser and go to the Protiv Help Center. This is Protiv’s self-service library for guides, tips, and troubleshooting.
Step 2 — Search for answers
At the top of the Help Center, you’ll see a large search bar labeled Search for answers.
Type what you’re looking for, such as:
- How do I log in?
- Bonus calculator
- Change language
- Worker app
Search is the fastest way to find help.
Step 3 — Browse categories
If you’re not sure what to search, scroll down to view categories.
Common categories include:
- Getting Started & Account Access
- Worker App Experience
- Bonuses & Deductions

- Setup & Configuration
Tap a category to see all related articles.
Step 4 — Read articles and follow steps
Each article includes:

You can follow the steps directly while using the app.
Step 5 — Contact Support if needed
If you still need help, select Email Support in the top right of the Help Center.
Use email support when:
- You need to send screenshots or files.
- Your issue is detailed.
- You’re working through setup or configuration.
This opens your email app with Protiv Support pre-filled.
Step 6 — Log in for admin features (admins only)
You may see a Log in to your account option.
Admins can use this to:
- Access admin-only articles.
- Manage their Help Center account.
- Workers do not need to log in to read most articles.
Examples
- You search “bonus calculator” and find a guide explaining how it works.
- You browse Worker App Experience to learn what’s on your home screen.
- You email Support after an article doesn’t solve your issue.
