When To Use This

• You want to check your active or pending bonuses

• You’re waiting for a bonus payment

Before You Start

• Make sure you’re logged into the Protiv worker app
• Bonus visibility depends on what your company has processed
• Paid bonuses appear only in Paid Bonuses

1. Check the Bonus Earnings Summary (quick overview)

Path: Profile → Bonus Earnings Summary card
You’ll see three categories:

• Items On Hold — Bonuses or deductions waiting for approval
• In Process Bonuses — Bonus statements that are being prepared for payout
• Paid Bonuses — Completed bonus payouts
• This gives you an instant snapshot of your bonus status.

2. View detailed bonus stats

Path: Profile → Stats → Bonuses Earned
Here you’ll see a breakdown of your bonus performance:

• Total Earned — All bonuses you’ve earned
• Last Bonus — Your most recent bonus
• Average Monthly — Typical monthly bonus amount
• Total Paid — Bonuses already paid out
• Trend Chart — How your bonus earnings change over time
• Bonus Breakdown by Type — Performance, team, spot bonuses
• Top Bonus Jobs — Jobs where you earned the most

3. Check bonus statements that are still processing

Path: Profile → In Process Bonuses
You’ll see:

• Statement ID (example: ST-XXXXXX)
• Statement period

• Search bar to find a specific statement

4. Review your paid bonus history

Path: Profile → Paid Bonuses
This section includes:

• All completed bonus statements

5. Review Items On Hold (individual pending bonuses)
