How do I save and reuse views in Insights?
Stop refiltering every time. Save your views.
Purpose
Insights has a saved-views system. You set up filters once, save the view, and come back to it whenever.
When To Use This
Use this when:
- You check the same scope every week
- A specific branch or division is your focus
- You're sharing views across the team
Quick Path
- Set your filters in Insights
- Click Save View
- Name it
- (Optional) Share with team
Step-by-Step
Set up your filters: branch, division, date range, service type, etc.
Click Quick Create View in the views menu.
Name your view (e.g. "Q4 Maintenance — North Branch") and save.
Reusing a Saved View
The saved views dropdown shows all your views. Click one to load it instantly.

- Rename views
- Delete old views
- Reorder
Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them
"My saved view doesn't have the data I expected" Date ranges in saved views are usually relative (e.g. "Last 30 days"). They update as time passes.
"I want to share my view with the team" Sharing is supported in Saved Views Manager. Set permissions there.
