Where do I find leaderboards in Protiv?

What leaderboards exist, who sees them, and how to access them.

Purpose

Workers and managers want to see who's earning the most. Leaderboards are how Protiv shows that. This article tells you where to find them.

When To Use This

Use this when:

  • A worker asks how to see the leaderboard on their app
  • A manager wants to spot-check who's leading on bonuses
  • You're considering rolling out leaderboards as a motivation tool

Where Leaderboards Live

Worker Mobile Leaderboard

Workers see the leaderboard in the Rewards tab on the mobile app.

It shows:

  • Top earners in the worker's scope (crew / branch / division depending on config)
  • Current position
  • Total bonus earned in the period

Workers see their own ranking and the names + bonuses of those around them.

Admin / Manager View

Admins and managers see team performance through the Insights area.

This is more of a performance dashboard than a leaderboard. Use it to:

  • See who's earning consistently
  • Spot underperformers
  • Compare crews / branches / divisions

Configuring Leaderboards

Leaderboards display data based on the bonus pools and Pro-Goals you've set up. There's no separate "leaderboard configuration" — they reflect actual bonus activity.

If you want to control what workers see:

  • Per-branch and per-division scoping is available
  • Workers only see workers in their own scope by default

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • "Worker says they don't see a leaderboard" They need bonuses earned in the current period to appear. Check that they have line items.

  • "The leaderboard shows the wrong people" Verify the worker's branch / division / route assignments. Scope is based on where they're assigned.

  • "My team is competitive but the leaderboard isn't motivating them" Pro-Goals with tiered rewards work better for sustained motivation. Consider adding a Pro-Goal targeting your top-performance metric.
