Major AWS Outage May 8th
AWS is having an outage. Some background tasks and bulk actions are delayed right now.
What's going on
AWS, the cloud service that runs part of our backend, is having a major outage. It started today and they're still working on it.
What's not working in Protiv
Anything that runs in the background. That includes:
- Bulk actions
- Scheduled jobs
- Anything you triggered that needs to process later
What still works
The day-to-day stuff. You can:
- Clock in and out
- View jobs, time, and ProPays
- Use Protiv like normal
What we're doing
We're watching it closely. As soon as AWS gives us news, we'll update this page.
