How can I see how my bonus was calculated on mobile?

Purpose

The mobile app has a built-in screen that walks through how each ProPay's bonus was calculated. This article shows you how to find and read it.

When To Use This

Use this when:

  • You want to understand the math behind your bonus
  • You're disputing a calculation
  • You want to share the math with a coworker

Where to Find It

  2. Tap a ProPay you're on
  3. Tap How Calculation Works

What It Shows

The view walks through:

  • Budget — What the budget was (and what type)
  • Actual — What the actual labor came out to
  • Saved — The savings (or over-budget delta)
  • Pool — How the saved amount split between roles
  • Your share — What you specifically got and why

Why This Matters

When you understand the math, you trust the system more. You can also identify when something looks off and bring it up with your manager.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • "The screen says 0 saved but I felt like we crushed the job" Compare actual hours vs budget hours. If actual is higher than budget, the crew didn't save labor — even if it felt fast.

  • "I see saved labor but my bonus is small" The pool split takes a chunk. So does retention and waiting period. The calculation page shows each step.
