How do I view my milestones on mobile?

See the milestones on a job and where you are in each one.

Purpose

If a job has multiple milestones, this article shows you how to see them in the mobile app and track progress per milestone.

When To Use This

Use this when:

  • You want to see how a multi-stage job is going
  • You're working a recurring route and want to see each visit
  • You need to update progress on a specific milestone

Where to Find Them

In the Protiv app:

  1. Tap Job Details for the job
  2. Tap the Milestones tab

You'll see all the milestones on that job with their status.

Updating a Milestone

If you're clocked in on a milestone, you can update its progress directly.

Tap the milestone → percentage complete → adjust → save.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • "I don't see milestones for my job" Some jobs don't have milestones. They're a job-level structure that comes from your integration.

  • "I can update progress but it didn't change anything" Verify the save. Sometimes a network issue prevents the update.
