How do I see why a ProPay was excluded?
Find out why a job didn't generate a bonus.
Purpose
Sometimes a job you worked on doesn't show up as a ProPay. This article shows you where to find out why.
When To Use This
Use this when:
- You expected a ProPay but don't see one
- You want to know if a job was excluded on purpose
- Multiple jobs are missing from your ProPay list
Where to Look
In the Protiv app:
- Tap Work
- Tap ProPays Excluded or Jobs Excluded
You'll see jobs and ProPays that were excluded, with the reason.
Common Exclusion Reasons
- Service type excluded — The work type doesn't bonus (e.g. warranty)
- Job marked as internal — Not a customer job
- Excluded by name pattern — Job name matches an exclusion rule
- Excluded by property — Specific customer property excluded
- Manual exclusion — Manager flagged it
What to Do
If the exclusion is correct (e.g. it really was warranty work), nothing to do.
If you think the exclusion is wrong:
- Talk to your manager
- They can review the exclusion rule and remove the job from exclusion if appropriate
Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them
"My job is excluded but I think it shouldn't be" Talk to your manager. Some exclusions are configurable; some come from the integration.
"I don't see the Excluded tab" Some role configurations hide it. Ask your admin to check your permissions.
