Program controls you can trust

  • Configure how you run your incentive program: attribute overtime costs the way you want.

  • Use Warranty Reserve to set aside a percentage of a ProPay budget as savings in case future warranty work is needed.

For managers & admins

  • Group Conflicts (ProPay → Groups): when multiple routes are assigned to the same ticket, review them in a single list—select the correct group, approve separately, or cancel/delete before final approval, so payouts stay clean.

  • ProPay Filters: more add/remove filters for faster reviews. Coming soon: the same flexible filters on Jobs, Statements, and Groups—so everything works the same way everywhere.
