Updates to Jobber integration, onboarding, ProPays, Rewards, billing, routing, and stability.

We’re wrapping up the year with a new batch of updates and improvements to make Protiv work even better for you and your team. Here’s what’s changed in December.

Jobber Integration & Onboarding

  • Automatic cleanup for Jobber milestones and time entries
    Reduces duplicate records so job progress and pay calculations are more accurate and easier to trust.

  • Smarter Jobber connection handling
    When your Jobber account is disconnected, Protiv updates your integration status instantly, so you always know what’s happening.

  • Improved onboarding process
    Onboarding screens are now clearer, and organizations get a dedicated onboarding state. That means you can pause and resume setup without losing your place.

  • Support for percentage-based contract pricing
    Onboarding now works with percentage contract setups, making it easier to match how recurring work is structured in Jobber.

  • Admin credential refresh
    Admins can now refresh Jobber credentials directly from the Admin page, making reconnecting quick and simple.

ProPays, Crews & Retention

  • Manual ProPays
    You can now create ProPays manually whenever you need—ideal for one-off situations where automatic records aren’t enough.

  • Better manual ProPay workflow
    Creating and managing manual ProPays is now smoother, with clearer steps and built-in checks to catch mistakes before they happen.

  • Crew retention improvements
    Crew info stays accurate over time, especially in reports and historical job views, so you always have the right data when you need it.

Rewards & Progress

  • Unified Rewards dashboard
    All Rewards are now in one easy-to-find dashboard, making it simpler to track and manage incentives for your team.

  • Improved search and filtering
    Quickly find Rewards using search or date filters, so you can focus on what matters most.

  • Weighted progress tracking
    Rewards progress now factors in milestone weight—so you see a more realistic picture of actual work completed.

  • More accurate job progress updates
    Recently updated jobs are now displayed correctly in the Job Progress Updates view.

Billing, Admin & Reporting

  • Billing Enhancements Phase 2
    Subscription and payment workflows are even smoother, making billing and record-keeping easier for everyone.

  • Accurate subscription periods
    Billing windows now match real service dates, so your subscription records stay consistent.

  • Cleaner Statements & Payments alerts
    Alerts are easier to read and use, with improved filters and layout.

  • Route settings accuracy
    Route settings now display the correct number of routes, matching your actual job data.

  • Better budget editing
    The budget editing modal has been updated for clarity and ease of use.

Groups & Approvals

  • Improved group reliability

    The “Incomplete” group status has been removed to keep things straightforward.
