We’re rolling out a new round of improvements to make Protiv faster, more accurate, and easier to manage across your team. Below is a full breakdown of what’s included in this release, with details on each update.
📱 Easier Mobile Signup
Direct mobile app linking:
When a worker clicks their Protiv invite link, they’re automatically directed to the Protiv mobile app.
Smoother first-time setup:
Fewer steps during signup make it easier for new team members to get started without confusion or missed installs.
More reliable onboarding flow:
Improved routing reduces failed signups and helps workers land in the right place on their first try.

💰 ProPays
Approval date control:
When approving a ProPay, you can now set or change the approval date.
Accurate reporting and payouts:
The selected approval date is used for reporting and payout timing, giving you more control when approvals happen late or need to be backdated.
Cleaner payroll cutoffs:
This helps align ProPays with your actual pay periods and reporting needs.

👥 People’s Page
Bulk actions for faster management:
You can now select multiple people at once and take action across the group.
Available bulk actions include:

Disable overtime

Faster updates during team changes:
Managing large teams, seasonal shifts, or role changes is now quicker and more consistent.
🔌 Jobber Integration – Branches & Divisions
Improved job mapping:
Jobs now map more accurately to Jobber branches and divisions.
Aligned milestones and time entries:
Milestones and time tracking stay properly connected to your Jobber structure.
Cleaner data across systems:
This reduces mismatches and keeps reporting and payroll organized by branch and division.

Dashboard filtering:
Dashboards can now be filtered by:

Your selected filters and views stay saved, so you don’t have to reset them each time.

Statements can now be exported to CSV for offline use or sharing with payroll, HR, or finance.
