We’ve rolled out a major set of updates over the past couple weeks focused on making Protiv easier to run day-to-day—especially around bonuses, integrations, admin tools, and overall system performance.

Make bonuses clear, fair, and easy to run
We’ve added more flexibility and clarity to how bonuses are structured, tracked, and communicated, both for admins and crews in the field.

Protiv now supports deferred bonus pools, allowing admins to retain a portion of earned bonus and release it later based on a structured schedule. This gives teams more flexibility in how bonus payouts are timed while keeping the process visible and manageable inside Protiv.

Qualifiers and penalties for bonus structures
Bonuses can now reflect real job performance. You can define rules like hitting quality standards, avoiding rework, or meeting specific conditions before bonuses are paid out.

Track job progress and completion status
Jobs and milestones now clearly show progress and completion state across the platform. This helps both managers and crews stay aligned on what’s been finished and what still needs attention.

Bonus breakdowns by phase (mobile)
New mobile screens show how bonuses are earned across each phase of a job. Crews can see where money is coming from and how their work contributes to the total.

Keep your systems connected, and your data clean
This release includes a new integration plus major reliability improvements across existing ones.
- Boss integration is now live
Boss can now be connected directly to Protiv through a dedicated integration page, making setup and ongoing management more straightforward. - Improved Aspire and Jobber sync
Updates to how managers, budgets, and job changes are handled reduce mismatches between systems and improve overall consistency. - More reliable data flow across integrations
Multiple fixes were made to reduce duplicate records, missed updates, and sync failures across integrations like Aspire, Jobber, Procore, and LMN. - Dynamic Jobber budget syncing
Jobber visit-based budgets now stay aligned automatically as visits are updated, reducing manual corrections.
📊 Admin & Reporting
Spend less time managing people and fixing problems
We’ve made it faster to onboard users, manage roles, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Bulk resend invites and manage pending users
Admins can now resend invitations in bulk and take action on users who haven’t joined yet, all from one place.

- Cancel invites directly from the People page
Easily remove outdated or incorrect invites without restarting the process. - Managers can update roles (no admin required)
Managers now have the ability to update employee roles, reducing bottlenecks and speeding up team changes.

- Improved sync visibility and controls
Admins can now see when integrations are stuck or failing and take action to resolve issues instead of waiting or guessing. - Secure onboarding with OTP verification
New phone-based verification adds an extra layer of security during the user join and login process. - Optional wage visibility controls
Admins can choose whether managers can see wage information, giving more control over sensitive data.

Safer job edits, better structure, and more flexibility when managing milestones and contract values. - Tooltips across key areas of the app
Helpful explanations are now built directly into the UI so users can understand fields and data without leaving the page. - Improved identity matching and user handling
Fixes ensure users are properly matched and assigned, reducing errors in permissions and access. - Real-time system improvements
Updates to real-time data handling (including dashboards and websockets) improve accuracy and responsiveness.
