Where to Start Each Day

The Dashboard surfaces what needs attention. Start there.

If you have nothing to do on the dashboard, the program is running well.

Where Most Daily Work Happens

Less-Visited Tabs

  • Milestones — usually you drill into milestones from a job, not the milestones tab
  • Pro-Goals — review periodically, not daily
  • Reports — used at pay-period close

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • "I can't find the [whatever] page" It might be under Settings if it's a configuration. Or under Reports if it's data export.

  • "Sidebar is missing items" Some items only appear with certain roles. Verify your role.
