Performance varies across crews and individuals. This article shows you the views that surface those differences.
When To Use This

Where to Look
Insights Teams View
Insights has a Teams section that shows crew-level performance. Use this for:
- Comparing crews against each other
- Spotting team-level patterns
- Tracking trends over time
Filter by branch, division, or service type.
Employee Bonus Report
For per-individual deep dive, go to Reports → Employee Bonus.
Shows:
- Total bonuses over time
- Per-job breakdown
- Performance trends per worker
People Page → ProPays
For a single worker's history:
- People page → click worker → View ProPays
- Lists every ProPay they've been on
- Includes savings/over-runs per job
Patterns to Watch For
Star performer:
- Consistently positive savings
- Earning above-average bonuses
- Low penalty rate
Steady contributor:
- Around-average performance
- Few outliers
- Reliable
Drifting:
- Performance trending down
- More penalties recently
- Fewer ProPays earned
Struggler:
- Consistent over-runs
- High penalty rate
- Below-average bonuses
What to Do With This Data
- Top performers: recognize publicly, use as examples
- Steady contributors: thank them, don't break what's working
- Drifting: have a 1-on-1, find out what changed
- Strugglers: training, coaching, or honest career conversations
Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them
"All my crews look the same" Filter to specific service types or job sizes. Variance shows up in narrower comparisons.
"One worker looks worse than they are" Worker performance reflects the jobs they're assigned. A worker on tough jobs will look worse than one on easy jobs. Adjust for that.
