Admin — Full access

Admins have the broadest visibility. They can:
  • View all financial details
  • See budgets, costs, and full ProPay information
  • View other users’ financial data
  • Use View As User to see another person’s exact mobile view
  • Access all bonus-pool, cost, and budget sections

Ideal for: Owners, payroll leads, operations directors

Manager — Near-full financial visibility

Managers have almost the same access as admins. They can:

Crew Lead — Job-level financial access
