This article explains what shows up on your Protiv home screen and how to use it. The home screen is your daily dashboard for jobs, routes, time, and bonus tools.
When To Use This
- You just logged into the Protiv worker app.
- You want to understand what you’re assigned to today.
- You’re checking jobs, routes, or bonus tools before starting work.
Before You Start
- You must be logged into the Protiv app.
- Your company must have routes or jobs assigned to you or your crew.
Quick Path
- Check your route at the top of the screen.
- Review today’s jobs for that route.
- Tap a job to see details or start work.
- Use the bonus calculator if it’s available to you.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Review your route
Your current route or work area shows at the top of the home screen. This controls which jobs you see for the day.
- Tap the route to switch to another available route if your role allows it.
- Changing the route updates your job list automatically.
Step 2 — Review today’s jobs
Below the route, you’ll see a list of jobs assigned to you for the day.
Each job card shows:
- Job name
- Job address
- Current milestone or work phase
- Budget progress, if your role has permission
Tap a job to view job details or start working on it.
Step 3 — Use the bonus calculator
If available, the bonus calculator appears as a quick-access tool on your home screen.
You can use it to:
- Choose a job or milestone
- Enter estimated hours
- Enter crew size
- View your potential bonus range
This helps you plan your day and understand how performance affects your bonus.
Step 4 — Refresh your home screen
Your home screen updates automatically when routes or jobs change.
If something looks missing:

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them
- No jobs showing: Select a route or pull down to refresh.
- Missing jobs: Your company may not have assigned jobs yet.
- Looking for other crews’ work: You only see jobs assigned to you or your crew.
