What does Protiv do with Aspire contacts, properties, and jobs?

When you connect Protiv to Aspire, your data doesn’t disappear—it just gets organized a little differently.

This article walks you through how Aspire data maps into Protiv, so you can find what you need and know how it all fits together.

The Big Picture

Protiv automatically pulls in key Aspire data, including your:

  • Clients
  • Team members
  • Jobs
  • Milestones

But Aspire and Protiv use different names for some of those things, so here’s the side-by-side breakdown.

How Aspire data maps to Protiv

1. Aspire Properties → Protiv Clients

In Aspire, a Property is a physical address or customer location.
In Protiv, we refer to them as Clients, since that’s who you’re doing the work for.

You'll see these show up on the Job and Milestone pages as the client's name.


2. Aspire Contacts (Employees) → Protiv Team Members

Protiv only pulls in contacts marked as employees from Aspire.
Once they’re in Protiv, they become your Team Members.

We pull in:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Wage and burden rate (if Aspire has it)

These team members are the people eligible for ProPays (bonuses) inside Protiv.


3. Aspire Opportunities → Protiv Jobs

Aspire calls them Opportunities.
Protiv calls them Jobs.

Same thing—just a name change.

Once synced, each Job in Protiv:

  • Is tied to a Client
  • Has one or more Milestones (see next)

Jobs are where you track performance, allocate time, and connect bonus opportunities.


4. Aspire Work Tickets → Protiv Milestones

Aspire’s Work Tickets become Milestones in Protiv.

Milestones are the building blocks for ProPays (bonus payouts).
Here’s how they work:

  • Each Milestone is tied to a Job
  • You can track time, material usage, and progress
  • When Aspire marks a Work Ticket “Complete,” Protiv moves the Milestone to Pending Review

That’s when bonus calculations kick in.
