What if my Protiv invitation expired?

If your Protiv invitation expires or disappears, your company admin needs to resend a new one.

Purpose

This article explains what it means when a Protiv invitation expires and what to do next. Invitations are required to connect your account to your company’s workspace.

When To Use This

  • You created an account but still can’t access Protiv.
  • You were invited before, but now see a waiting screen again.
  • You’re told you were added, but nothing shows in the app.

Before You Start

  • You must already have a Protiv account created.
  • You must be using the same email your company has on file.

Quick Path

  1. Invitations can expire or become inactive.
  2. Only your company admin can resend an invite.
  3. Ask them to re-add you, then accept the new invite in the app.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Know the signs your invitation expired

Your invitation may no longer be active if:

  • You’re stuck on “Waiting for a company to add you…”
  • You were invited before, but the invite no longer appears.
  • Logging out and back in doesn’t show an invitation.

If this happens, the original invite can’t be reused.

Step 2 — Contact your company admin

Protiv Support cannot resend invitations. Only your company can.

Tell your admin or manager:

  • Your full name
  • The email you used to sign up

Ask them to resend or re-add you to Protiv.

Step 3 — Accept the new invitation in the app

Once your admin resends it:

  • Log into the Protiv app.
  • Watch for the “You’ve been invited!” screen.
  • Tap Accept to join the workspace.

Your account will connect automatically.

Step 4 — Finish setup and continue

After accepting the new invite:

  • Your jobs and ProPays load.
  • You land on your dashboard.

You’re ready to use Protiv.

  • You signed up last week but never accepted the invite → admin resends it.
  • You accepted too late and the invite disappeared → admin re-adds you.
