Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Bonuses for Payroll report
From the Reports page, select Bonuses for Payroll.
Step 2: Set your pay period
Filter the report to match your payroll period exactly.
Step 3: Read the report
Each row shows:
- Payroll ID: Unique identifier for the bonus statement (e.g., STMT-00001, STMT-00002)
- People: Full name of the worker receiving the bonus (eg., John Doe)
- Pay date: Date when the bonus should be paid to the worker (e.g., Nov 12, 2025)
- Payroll period: Date range of the pay period for this bonus (e.g., Nov 02, 2025 – Nov 09, 2025)
- Bonus amount: Base bonus amount earned from job performance, Sum of all non-void bonus line items for this worker/period.
- Overtime adjustment: Additional compensation for overtime hours worked
- Total: Final amount to be paid (Bonus + OT Adjustments + Previous Balance)

Export and Use the totals shown to enter or verify bonus pay in your payroll system.
