This article explains the main sections of your Protiv home screen. It shows you how to read job updates, performance summaries, and bonus details so you can stay on top of your day.

When To Use This

  • You’re a worker or crew lead checking your daily status.
  • You want a quick picture of your jobs, progress, and goals.
  • You want to estimate possible bonuses based on current work.

Before You Start

  • You must be logged in to the Protiv mobile app.
  • Job updates appear only after your time data syncs for the day.
  • Some details may refresh as new job data comes in.

Quick Path

  1. Open Protiv.
  2. View Today or Yesterday’s job updates.
  3. Check job performance and budgets.
  4. Use the bonus calculator to estimate payouts.
  5. Navigate using the bottom menu.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. View daily job updates

At the top of your home screen, tap Today or Yesterday to switch between timelines.
You’ll see:

  • Jobs Worked On — Total jobs you clocked time on.
  • Milestones Completed — Parts of a larger job you finished.
  • Over/Under Budget — Shows if you beat or missed expected hours.
  • Performance Rating — A simple score (Good, It’s Ok, Not Great).

Tap Refresh to pull the latest data.

2. Job performance

Scroll to the Jobs section. It shows your current status such as On Pace, Nice Job, or Needs Help.
Tap Check Results to see deeper details like:

  • Job budgets
  • Progress updates
  • Performance metrics

3. Bonus calculator

The Bonus Calculator lets you estimate potential bonus payouts.
You can choose between:

  • ProPay — Estimate a single job.
  • Group — Estimate multiple jobs combined.
It shows:
  • Remaining budgeted time
  • Estimated bonus range
  • Possible hourly increase
  • Completion timeline

4. Navigation bar

The bottom navigation bar gives you fast access to:

  • Home 🏠— Returns you to your dashboard.
  • Rewards 🏅— Opens Groups and ProPays.
  • Profile 👤— Shows personal stats and settings.

  • A worker checks Today’s job count, sees they’re under budget, and uses the bonus calculator to preview expected earnings.
  • A crew lead reviews Yesterday’s milestones to prep for the next shift.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • No updates for Today
    Make sure you’ve clocked in. Data shows only after your first check-in.
  • Numbers look outdated
    Tap Refresh to pull the latest job data.
  • You want older history
    Open your Profile → Stats to see previous performance.
