Where can I find my ProPays and payouts on mobile?

View your open, in-process, and paid ProPays directly from the Protiv mobile app.

Purpose

This article shows you where to find all your ProPays and payouts inside the Protiv mobile app. You’ll learn how to check items on hold, in process, and fully paid bonuses right from your phone.

When To Use This

  • You want to see how much bonus you’ve earned for recent jobs.
  • You need to check whether a ProPay is approved or still under review.
  • You’re looking for past payouts or bonus history.

Before You Start

  • You must be logged in to the Protiv mobile app.
  • Your job and time data must sync before new bonuses appear.
  • Bonus approval timing depends on your admin or manager.

Quick Path

  1. Tap Home to see active job bonuses.
  2. Tap Check Results for current ProPays.
  3. Open Profile → Stats for On Hold, In Process, and Paid bonuses

Step-by-Step Instructions

Option 1 — View ProPays from your Home Dashboard

  1. Tap Home
    Use the Home icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Scroll to your daily updates
    You’ll see Today or Yesterday’s job activity, including bonus performance.
  3. Tap Check Results
    This opens your current or in-progress ProPays tied to jobs you worked on.

Option 2 — View ProPays from your Profile

  1. Tap your Profile icon
    Located in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Open the Stats section
    You’ll see three bonus categories:
    Items On Hold — Bonuses waiting for admin review.
    In Process Bonuses — Jobs being reviewed or calculated.
    Paid Bonuses — Completed ProPays with full payout details.

  3. Tap any category
    This opens your bonus statements for that section.

Examples

  • A worker checks Items On Hold to confirm if yesterday’s job is still under review.
  • A crew member opens Paid Bonuses to review last week’s ProPay.
  • A worker uses Check Results on Home to confirm today’s bonus progress.

Common Mistakes & How To Fix Them

  • You don’t see a bonus yet.
    It may still be under review. Check Items On Hold or talk to your admin.
  • Data looks old or incomplete.
    Make sure your time has synced. Job data updates automatically once you clock in.
  • You’re looking for older payouts.
    Open Paid Bonuses — all past ProPays stay stored there.
