Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Know which roles can approve ProPays
Only these roles can approve ProPays:

Admin
Full access. Can approve individual ProPays and ProPay Groups. -
Manager
Full access. Can approve individual ProPays and ProPay Groups.
These roles have access to the web dashboard where approvals happen.
Step 2 — Understand which roles cannot approve ProPays
The following roles cannot approve ProPays:

Crew Lead
-
Worker
These users are limited to the mobile app and do not have access to the web dashboard. Because of that, they cannot approve ProPays.
Step 3 — Know where approvals happen
ProPay approvals happen in the Protiv web dashboard, not the mobile app.
Approvals can be done:

One ProPay at a time

In bulk for multiple ProPays or ProPay Groups
Step 4 — Make sure the ProPay is ready
A ProPay can only be approved if:

The work is completed

The ProPay is in an active or completed status

All required data is present
If those conditions aren’t met, approval won’t be available.

A Manager logs into the web dashboard, reviews completed ProPays, and approves them in bulk before payroll. - Example 2:
A Crew Lead finishes a job but cannot approve the ProPay. An Admin reviews and approves it instead.
