This article explains how to use filters to quickly find the ProPays you need on the Protiv platform.
Protiv's ProPay page offers a variety of filters to help you zero in on specific ProPays. Here's how to use them:
-
Default View: When you first open the ProPay page, it defaults to showing you ProPays with an "Open" status. These are ProPays that haven't paid a worker bonus yet. ๐
-
Changing the Filter:
- To see ProPays with a different status (Pending, Started, Completed, Approved, or Closed), click on the "Open" filter dropdown menu and select the status you want to view.
- You can also add more filters to narrow down your search even further. Click the "Add Filter" button and choose from options like:
- ProPay Without Budget Only (toggle): Shows all jobs with ProPays that are missing budgets. This can happen if your integration doesn't support bringing the budget over, and you'll need to add it manually.
- Workers: Filter by the specific workers assigned to the ProPay. ๐ทโโ๏ธ๐ทโโ๏ธ

- Jobs (the title): Filter by the name of the job associated with the ProPay.
- Stated On: Filter by the date the ProPay was created. ๐
- Ended On: Filter by the date the ProPay was closed. ๐
- Budget Amount: Filter by the budgeted amount for the ProPay. ๐ฐ
- Budget Hours: Filter by the budgeted hours for the ProPay. โณ

- Hours Worked: Filter by the total hours worked on the ProPay.
- Visit Dates: Filter by the dates when the job site was visited. ๐๏ธ
-
Applying Multiple Filters: You can combine multiple filters to get very specific results. For example, you could filter for pending ProPays assigned to a particular manager that start within a specific date range.
-
Clearing Filters: To remove all filters and see all ProPays again, click the "X" button next to the filter you want to remove. ๐
๐ช๐ผ Pro Tip: Use filters to quickly find the ProPays you need to review, approve, or edit. This can save you a lot of time and effort, especially when dealing with a large number of ProPays. โก
