How Do I Access My Billing?

Instructions on how to access billing information through the User Icon in Protiv.

Need to review your Protiv billing details or update your payment information? Here's how to access your billing information:

  1. Access the User Icon: Log into your Protiv account. Click on your User Icon (a profile picture or silhouette) in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Billing": In the dropdown menu, click on "Billing". This will take you to your billing dashboard.


In the Billing Dashboard, you can:

  • View Current Plan: See details of your current Protiv subscription plan, including the number of users and associated costs.
  • Payment History: Review your past invoices and payment history.
  • Update Payment Method: Change or update your credit card information.
  • Manage Subscriptions: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, if applicable.
  • Cancel Subscription: Follow the instructions to cancel your Protiv subscription.
