How Do I Cancel My Protiv Account?
Guide on how to cancel your account using the User Icon in Protiv.
You can cancel your paid Protiv account at any time through your account settings. Follow these steps:
- Access User Icon: Log into your Protiv account and click on your User Icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Billing: In the dropdown menu, click on "Billing."
- Cancel Account: Within the billing section, you will find an option to cancel your account. Follow the instructions provided to complete the cancellation process.
Important Notes:
- Immediate Access Loss: Once you cancel your account, all users will immediately lose access to their ProPay information and reporting.
- Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 60 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate your account. After 60 days, all data will be deleted unless required by law.
- Annual Accounts: If you have an annual subscription, any unused user credits will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation.
- Trial Period Cancellations: If you cancel within the trial period, your card will not be charged.
