      How do I change the Bonus Pool percentage split for the entire company? 🌎

      This article explains how to adjust the default bonus pool settings for all ProPays in your Protiv account.

      As an Admin in Protiv, you have the power to set the default bonus pool allocation for all ProPays across your company. This means you can decide how much of the savings from each completed job goes directly to workers as bonuses and how much is set aside in the bonus pool for later distribution.


      How to Change the Company-Wide Bonus Pool Settings       ⚙️

      1. Go to Settings Page: On the navigation pane located on the left hand side, select "Settings."

      2. Make sure you're on the General Tab: This is where you'll find the company-wide settings.

      3. Scroll to Bonus Pool: Find the "Bonus Pool" section.

      4. Set Allocation Percentage: Manually enter the percentage of the bonus pool you want to allocate to workers by default. The remaining percentage will go to the company pool.

      5. Edit Bonus Pool Names (Optional): You can also customize the names of the worker and company pools. Your workers will see these on the ProPay details page, so choose clear and motivating names.

      6. Save Changes: To apply your new settings, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.


      Important Note:       Only Admins have permission to change the company-wide bonus pool settings.

      Pro Tip: Consider communicating any changes to the bonus pool settings to your team to ensure transparency and understanding.
