How do I fix errors in my imported data in Protiv? 🛠️
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to correct errors in your Protiv data imports. 💪
If you encounter errors during the import process or if you notice incorrect data after the import is complete, don't panic! Here are some steps you can take to fix the problems:
- Review Import History: 🔙 Go to the Import page and scroll down to the Import History section. Click "View Details" on the import that had errors. This will show you which rows were successfully imported and which ones had errors.
- Identify the Errors: 🤔 Look at the error messages next to the failed rows. These messages will usually tell you what the problem is (e.g., "Invalid date format," "Duplicate entry").
- Correct the Data in Your File: ✍️ Open the original file you uploaded and correct the data in the rows that had errors. Make sure the data is accurate and matches the required format for each column. Save your file.
- Re-Upload Your File: ⬆️ Go back to the Import page and upload your corrected file. Follow the same steps as before to match columns and fields. Review the import history again to make sure there are no more errors.
