So we're going to talk about how you're going to navigate around Protiv and find everything you need, step by step. The main feature to look at is on the left-hand side—this is your navigation pane. It’s user permission-based, so admins see more options than regular users.

The dashboard includes your KPIs, indicating your standing for any timeframe. By default, it’s set to "all time," but you can adjust this as needed. You can also toggle tiles on and off based on permissions by clicking the gear icon.

You’ll also see the ProPay count, showing totals minus any canceled ProPays and status breakdowns like pending, started, complete, approved, and closed. These statuses help you track the job’s progression and associated bonuses.

The leaderboard displays metrics that you can filter by manager, crew lead, or as a list, depending on your goals.

The ProPays page is your hub for managing bonuses. By default, it shows open items, but you can filter by job title, manager, worker, or date range. You can also customize views for efficiency.

The Bonuses page allows you to manage bonus statements, similar to bank statements, with consistent payouts based on cycles. Options include marking bonuses as closed, viewing details, adding bonuses, or making deductions.

The Reports section can be skipped initially as you build data.

The Time tab provides a chronological list of recorded times. Each ProPay has a dedicated time tab for tracking associated time entries.

If you lack an integration, you may not see the Imports tab. Integrations simplify workflows, so we encourage setting one up.

The Team section is where you manage workers' information and permissions, adjusting details like wages, phone numbers, and email addresses as needed.

Admin-only settings include company-wide and notification options, as well as integration setups—usually a one-time task.

This was a quick overview. Your next step is to explore each section on the navigation pane, starting with the dashboard, and getting familiar with the ProPay and bonus sections to manage your team incentives effectively.
