Alright, so the next step in our process of configuring our baseline settings is looking at our team or our workers' wages and permissions. To recap, at this point, you've already learned how to navigate throughout Protiv, you've already connected your integration to Protiv, we already went to settings, and we configured our general settings.
Now what we're doing is we're looking at the left-hand side on the navigation pane, and we're looking at our team. This is going to be where we edit anything related to our team, or where we add any team members, anything team-centric, anything team-related. The reason why this is important is we need to have the wages and the permissions, so the role, inside of here, in order to configure our ProPays properly.
If you connected your integration, what's going to end up happening is it's going to pull the wages, and it'll go ahead and pull a default role for everybody. We just have to make sure the information's correct, because if you didn't have it correct in your integration, where you're trying to check in time, it's not going to be correct in Protiv.
You're going to go to the team section here on the left-hand side, and you're going to review everybody to make sure everything's correct. If you see anything in terms of wages, role, or permission that's off, what you got to do is edit the worker.
So let's go ahead and look at Robert Johnson. We're gonna click on the three dots for him, and we're going to edit the user. Name is correct. First name, last name, his wage—that actually should be $36 because he got a wage increase, and he should be a crew lead. Phone number's correct, email's correct. We go ahead and save it. You see that it's reflected here, the change that we made.
Same thing with Thomas. Let's say that he also went ahead and got a wage increase. We'll go ahead and we'll edit him. Let's say that now he's making $29 an hour. He also should be a crew lead. Phone number's correct, email's correct. We're going to go ahead and save that.
So what you need to do in terms of action items is to go through your team section here on the left-hand side, make sure everybody's wage is correct. That everybody's role is correct. That's your action item for this. Now. And the next thing that we got to do in terms of setting everything up. Good luck—you got this.
