Go to the ProPay Page: Click on the "ProPay" tab on the left side of your Protiv dashboard. 💼

Select the "Action": Find the ProPay you want to add a note to and click on "Action" then select "Edit ProPay".

Go to the "Additional Settings" Tab: In the ProPay details view, click on the "Additional Settings" tab.

Toggle on "Notes": You'll see a "Notes" section with a toggle switch. Click the toggle to turn it on.
