How do I change the Bonus Pool on an individual ProPay? 💸

Protiv's Bonus Pool feature allows you to customize how much of a ProPay's savings are allocated to workers as immediate bonuses and how much is set aside in the pool for later distribution. As an Admin or Manager, you can modify these settings for individual ProPays.

How to Change the Bonus Pool on an Individual ProPay 🛠️

1. Go to the ProPay Page: Click on the "ProPay" tab on the left side of your Protiv dashboard. 💼

2. Find the ProPay: Locate the ProPay you want to edit and click on the three dots for "Action" and select "Edit ProPay".

3. Go to Additional Settings: Click on the "Additional Settings" tab.

4. Toggle Bonus Pool:

   • If the Bonus Pool is currently disabled, toggle the switch to "On" to enable it.
   • If the Bonus Pool is already enabled, you can adjust the allocation percentage in the next step.

5. Adjust Allocation Percentage:

   • Manually enter the percentage of the bonus pool you want to allocate to workers. The remaining percentage will go to the company pool.

6. Save Changes: Click the "Update ProPay" button to save your changes.

Important Note: Only Admins and Managers have permission to modify bonus pool settings for individual ProPays. Crew Leads and Workers cannot make these changes.
