      1. Open Protiv:

        • Launch Google Chrome and navigate to https://app.protiv.com.

        • In the left-hand navigation pane, click on Integrations.
        • Locate the Jobber integration.

      3. Initiate the Connection:

        • Click the Connect button next to the Jobber integration.
        • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to sign in to your Jobber account.
        • Click the Authenticate button

      4. Authorize Access:

        • Enter your Jobber login credentials and click Login.
        • Click Allow Access to grant Protiv the necessary permissions to access your Jobber data.

        • There may be a brief delay (15-30 seconds) while the connection is established between the two software platforms.

      What Data is Synced? 🔄

      The integration will import the following data from Busy Busy to Protiv:

      • Initial Sync Time: The first sync may take up to 24 hours, depending on the amount of data being transferred. Don't be alarmed if you don't see data flowing right away.
      • Sync Frequency: Subsequent syncs occur approximately every two hours.
      • Manual Sync: You can manually force a sync in Protiv if you need to update data immediately.
