This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit an existing ProPay in Protiv, including changing the title, budget, bonus, and assigned workers.
Editing a ProPay in Protiv is simple and can be done at any time before it's approved.
Here's how:
- Go to the ProPay Page: Click on the "ProPay" tab on the left side of your Protiv dashboard. 💼
- Find the ProPay: Locate the ProPay you want to edit. You can use the search and filter options to narrow down the list.
- Click the Three Dots: On the right side of the ProPay, click the three dots (...) to open the action menu.
- Select "Edit ProPay": Choose "Edit ProPay" from the dropdown menu.
- Make Your Changes: You can edit any of the following:
- ProPay Title: Change the name of the ProPay.
- Manager: Assign a different manager to the ProPay.
- Milestones (if applicable): Edit the milestones associated with the ProPay.
- Bonus Split Type: Change how the bonus is split among workers.
- Bonus Pool (if applicable): Adjust the bonus pool allocation.
- Lead Pay Budget: Modify the lead pay budget.
- Assigned Workers: Add or remove workers from the ProPay.
- Update ProPay: Click the "Update ProPay" button to save your changes.
- Notify Users (Optional): A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to notify users of the budget change. You can enter a description of the change and choose whether to send a notification.
🚨 Important Note: If your ProPay is connected to an integration, some fields (like the job name) are synced from your other system and cannot be edited directly in Protiv.
