How do I set bonus split types in a ProPay? 💸

This article explains the different ways to split bonuses among workers in a ProPay, ensuring fair and motivating rewards. ⚖️

Protiv offers flexibility in how you divide bonuses among your team members within a ProPay. You can choose the method that best suits your company's culture and the specific job requirements.

Understanding Bonus Split Types
🤔

There are three ways to split the bonus:

  1. Equal Per Hour: ⏱️

    • The bonus is divided equally based on the number of hours each worker contributed to the job.
    • Each worker receives the same bonus amount per hour, but their total bonus will vary depending on the hours they worked.
    • This method promotes fairness and rewards consistent effort.
  2. % of Wage (Hours & Wage): 💼

    • The bonus is divided proportionally based on both the hours worked and each worker's hourly wage.
    • Workers with higher hourly wages will receive a slightly larger share of the bonus.
    • This method acknowledges both effort and skill level.
  3. Set % Distribution: 🎯

    • You manually set the percentage of the bonus each worker will receive, regardless of their hours worked or wage.
    • This method gives you complete control over the bonus distribution.
