Inactive Accounts Process

Explanation of the process for handling inactive accounts, including cancellation and forfeiture of unused pre-paid credits.

If your Protiv account remains inactive for six consecutive months, it will be canceled. Any unused pre-paid credits will be forfeited at that time. An account is considered inactive if there is no ProPay activity during this period.
